The Slendertone Flex Abdominal System claims that it is a great way to strengthen and tone your abs, but is it any good?
Stomach fat is one of the most frustrating problems that unfortunately affects 90% of us. Its the kind of problem that if it is not sorted out can build up over time until it becomes really hard to shift. This makes it really important to find a good solution quickly.
About the Slendertone System
You place the gel pads on your stomach in certain positions. By sending electrical pulses it makes you abdominals contract and then release making them work. The system is run on batteries. Supplied with the product is 2 different workouts to follow. One basic workout and the other more advanced. There is no mess as it sits beneath the clothes. So on to the good points and bad points.
Pros
The fact is that it works. It does make the abdomen stronger. As it works the stomach it just does make it work, which in turn makes it stronger. People would never even realize that you are using it as it sits under your clothing. Its also not confusing. You just put it on and turn it on. Simple.
The Bad Points
Every product also has its bad points which should be taken in to consideration. The main problem I found is that it doesn't get rid of any stomach fat. Some people from the reviews also said that it had broken for them so it may not be the highest quality product. However the fact that it doesn't remove belly fat is one of the main ways that you are going to see your abs and need addressing.
Is There a Better Way to Get Good Abs?
So is there a good way of getting rid of belly fat? The problem is that it just keeps building up slowly.
This following won’t be for everyone. If you are slender and just wanting to tone then there may be other better programs out there, however if you want to cut down your belly fat then this may apply to you.
