Hi! I've had this desk from Ikea for about a year now ( http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/70137919 ). I want to change my bedroom's color theme, and currently it is red, yellow, green, and white. Since the walls are yellow, I can't really change that, so I decided to go for black and yellow for my color theme (which has nothing to do with that dumb song by Wiz Khalifa). Actual powder coating needs to be baked on. So I assume you are just talking about the textured type of spray paint? Go to store, buy a can, spray away.
